Horizontal multi-stage Slurry Pump

 

Handling of contaminated, chemically neutral or aggressive liquids up to 10% solids.

Able to handle solids for high pressure applications. Typical medium like mine water with high content of salt and chlorides etc.

 

The HP pump series is a multi-stage centrifugal pump with a sectional design, and it is installed horizontally. The pumps consist of suction casing, stage casings and pressure discharge casing.

O-rings form the seal between the individual casings. In special cases, metallic gaskets are also used.

Depending on the version, different shaft seals (mechanical seals, gland packing) can be used to seal off the fluid.

It is possible that anti-friction bearings or plain bearings can be used.

The individual pump casings are attached together by connection bolts distributed over the circumference of the pump.
