Rubber Adhesive HMMM

Introduction:

  • Chemical name:      Hexamethoxymethylmelamine (HMMM)
  • Chemical family:     Methylated melamine-formaldehyde resin
  • Other name: Rubber adhesive A, Melamine Resin, Rubber adhesive MF510
  • It is similar to CYREZ963.
  • CAS No.: 3089-11-0
  • VENNOK® HMMM is methylene donor in bonding system for rubber and steel cord or fabric cord.
  • It is soluble in water and common organic solution

Performance:

  • VENNOK® HMMM can promote adhesive force for rubber and steel cord or fabric cord.

Application:

  • Suggested ratio: 1.5-3 phr Rubber adhesive VENNOK® HMMM can be used with 2-5 phr resorcinol-formaldehyde resin(such as RF-20 resin).

Packing and Storage:

  • It is packed in IBC tank lined with plastic bag, net weight is 1100kg/tank.
  • It should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse.
  • The shelf life is 12 months.

Introduction:
